Initial Warehousing and Quality Registration

NanHuiXin uses an integrated hardware and software system for inbound inventory management:

·  Verify supplier information and carton condition

·  Inspect labels, barcodes and date codes

·  Identify country of origin, compliance markings and MLS

·  Inspect packaging (ESD-safe packaging, original/third-party)

·  Inspect inner packaging type (tape-and-reel, trays, etc.)


We have invested in testing tools to identify defective/counterfeit products at an early stage.

In-House Quality Inspection Services - OEM Specification Verification


· Quality inspection report (internal document)

· Acetone wipe test

· X-RAY inspection (a high-magnification objective provides greater magnification for close-up inspection and finer detail)
